About general pest control
General pest control is the regular service most Oklahoma homes need. It covers the everyday pests that walk in from the yard: ants, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, silverfish, earwigs, pill bugs, and stink bugs.
Because the Tulsa area stays warm for most of the year, these pests are active from March into November. A treatment every 3 months keeps a protective band around your home so pests die before they get inside.

Our process
How we handle general pest control
Inspect
We walk the outside and inside of the home and look for entry points, moisture, and pest activity.
Exterior barrier
We treat the foundation, doors, windows, and eaves with an EPA registered product and knock down webs and wasp nests.
Interior treatment
We treat cracks, baseboards, and problem rooms. Baits are used in kitchens instead of open spraying.
Follow up
We come back every 3 months. If pests show up between visits, we return for free.
Pricing
How much does general pest control cost?
| Service | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Quarterly plan, per visit | From $95 |
| One time general treatment | $150 to $300 |
| First visit on a heavy problem | Quoted after inspection |
Price depends on home size, lot size, and how many pests are active. You get the price in writing before we start.
Prevention
How to prevent it
- Seal gaps under doors with door sweeps
- Keep mulch 6 inches below siding
- Fix dripping faucets and leaky pipes
- Store food in sealed containers
- Turn off porch lights or use yellow bulbs to attract fewer bugs
We only use EPA registered products and follow the label, as Oklahoma law requires. Tell us about kids, pets, fish tanks, or anyone with asthma and we will adjust the treatment.
FAQ
Common questions
How often should I get general pest control?
Every 3 months for most Tulsa area homes. This matches the change in seasonal pests.
Is a one time treatment enough?
It can stop a current problem, but in Oklahoma pests usually come back within a season without regular service.
Do I need to leave during treatment?
No. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they dry, usually 30 to 60 minutes.
Does general pest control cover termites?
No. Termites need a separate treatment, such as a liquid barrier or bait stations.
Do you spray inside every visit?
Not always. Most of the work is outside. We treat inside when you see pests or ask for it.
